The sword is long, heavy and delicate metal crafts assembled by steel, wood, plastic, leather, or other parts. No sword is indestructible no matter from what steel is made of. Please open the parcel with care and check the item carefully. Accidental damage does happen but very rarely due to distant and possible rude transportation.
Please contact us with a brief description or photos in 14 days when you receive items that are accidently damaged, defective, or not as advertised, we ship a replacement immediately or make you refund whichever you prefer. We do not charge shipping/restocking/refurbishing fee from all returned items unless you bought by mistake. Please be decisive when you place an order.
Please contact us for a pre-paid return shipping label and mark “Damage Return” on the parcel of returned items. We will reimburse you postage as soon as we receive your return parcel if you paid for return. By the way, you could claim back import taxes charged by customs.
Regarding undeliverable, unclaimed or refused items, we refund partially by deducting the actual shipping cost if it is finally shipped back to us. Please make sure your address is correct, keep an eye on the status of shipment and do not miss delivery.
If you bought the correct item and you wanted to return, you should pay return postage plus some restocking and refurbishing fees. By the way, please repack firmly in original carton in case of possible damage during return shipment. Returned parcel must be accompanied with all the original packaging and accessories. Improper packaging resulting in damage will be denied. We will refund you the item value immediately when we receive your returned parcel in original conditions.
We are NOT responsible for any item we ship that is confiscated by customs or any law enforcement agency. The buyer is responsible for items seized or impounded. Please kindly check with your local regulations or customs officials to determine the legality of items you want to order, or contact us whether the items are allowed to enter your country.
