Description

• Antique WW II NAZI German Postal protection dagger, 15″ or 38cm long, brand new replica, pointed, unsharpened;
• Stainless steel double-edged blade, 22cm long, 2.7cm wide, 12cm long handle;
• Black leather wrapped scabbard with silver fittings and two suspension rings, and the black composition handle with silver NAZI emblem crossguard and round pommel;
• The crossguard incorporated the head of an eagle where it met the grip. It contained a single line dividing top from bottom and a subtle sloping design at its ends (upward at one end and downward at the other);
• Commissioned in 1939, the daggers was issued to the Third Reich’s Postal Protection Service (Postschutz);
