• Pattern welded stainless steel double-edged blade, constructed of layered and twisted rods, which are hammer welded together side by side with the twists running in alternate directions, giving the finished blade the cloudy herringbone effect, 90cm long, 5cm wide, 0.5cm thick, with a deep fuller on both sides;
